Spaghetti with Creamy Tuna and Lemon Sauce
Spaghetti with a creamy tuna, garlic, and lemon sauce. A comforting classic ready in 25 minutes, topped with Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Lemon
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water according to package directions.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and drain the tuna.
Step 3
In a pan, sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the tuna and crème fraîche, stir, and warm through.
Step 5
Zest the lemon and add to the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan.
