Ingredients
- 150 g Pasta (tagliatelle style)
- 80 g Chocolate
- 30 g Butter
- 150 ml Milk
- 50 g Crushed hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package time, then drain.
Step 2
In a pot, melt the butter and add the chocolate broken into pieces with the milk and sugar over low heat.
Step 3
Stir well until you achieve a smooth and creamy sauce.
Step 4
Pour the chocolate sauce over the hot pasta and gently toss.
Step 5
Sprinkle the crushed hazelnuts and serve hot.
