- 200 g Pasta
- 60 g Dark chocolate
- 60 g Grated Parmesan
- 100 g Ham
- 20 g Butter
- 500 ml Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in a pot of salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 3
Drain the pasta. Return to the pot with the butter, chocolate, and ham.
Step 4
Heat over low heat while gently stirring to melt the chocolate and blend the flavors (about 2 minutes).
Step 5
Add the grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
