Simplified Carbonara Pasta
An easy take on carbonara with ham, cheese, and eggs—delicious and comforting in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 60 g Parmesan
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small lardons.
Step 3
Sauté the ham in a pan for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the eggs, crème fraîche, and grated Parmesan.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the ham in the pan.
Step 6
Remove from heat and pour the egg-cream-cheese mixture while stirring well. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
