Simplified Carbonara Pasta
An easy version of carbonara using shell pasta, crème fraîche and bacon. Creamy, delicious, and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Shell pasta
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 100 g Bacon
- 2000 ml Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bacon into small cubes and brown it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil and cook the shell pasta according to instructions.
Step 3
Add the crème fraîche to the bacon, mix well, and heat for 1-2 minutes without boiling.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
