Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 piece Eggs
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
- 10 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the ham and grate the parmesan.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
Sauté the ham in a pan with butter for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the hot ham, then pour in the egg mixture while stirring quickly.
