Simplified Carbonara Pasta

- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 50 g Parmesan
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water.
Step 6
Pour the hot pasta into the pan with the ham, then remove from heat.
Step 7
Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the hot pasta and stir quickly to cook the egg.
