Simplified Carbonara Pasta
An easy take on classic Italian carbonara with ham, Parmesan, and egg: rich, creamy, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 40 g Parmesan
- 2 piece Egg
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions.
Step 2
Cube the ham and mix the eggs with grated Parmesan in a bowl.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a skillet and sauté the ham for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and pour it into the skillet with the ham.
Step 5
Remove from heat and pour the egg-Parmesan mixture while stirring rapidly. Season with salt and pepper.
