Simplified Carbonara Pasta
A quick Italian classic with ham, cream, and grated cheese. Comforting and ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Ham
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 100 g Gruyère
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 20 g Butter
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Pour the crème fraîche into a skillet with the butter, add the ham, and warm over low heat.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add to the skillet. Toss well, add the Gruyère, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
