Simplified Carbonara Pasta with Broccoli and Apples
A lighter carbonara with crispy broccoli and a sweet touch of apples. Creamy, indulgent, and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 150 g Ham
- 150 g Apples
- 100 g Gruyère
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water. In the last 3 minutes, add the broccoli florets.
Step 2
Dice the ham and peel and cube the apples into small pieces. Grate the cheese.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with sour cream, salt, and pepper. Drain the pasta and broccoli.
Step 4
In the hot pan, melt the butter and ham. Add the pasta and broccoli, pour in the egg-cream mixture while stirring quickly.
Step 5
Add the apples and cheese, toss for 1 minute over low heat. Serve immediately.
