Simplified Carbonara Pasta with Raspberries
A carbonara reinvented with ham, Gruyère, and a sweet touch of raspberries. A flavorful dish ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta (spaghetti)
- 100 g Ham
- 100 g Raspberries
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 piece Eggs
- 30 g Butter
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, then drain while reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes and sauté in a pan with butter.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, grated Gruyère, and raspberries.
Step 4
Pour the pasta into the pan with the ham, then add the egg-cream mixture. Stir vigorously off heat, adding a bit of cooking water if needed.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
