Easy Carbonara Pasta
A simplified take on carbonara with pantry staples: pasta, ham, Parmesan and eggs. A delicious and quick Italian dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 60 g Grated Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot with salt.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the eggs with Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 4
Dice the ham into small cubes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add to the egg mixture while hot, along with the butter and ham. Stir quickly off the heat.
Step 6
Serve immediately on plates.
