Simplified Pasta Carbonara
An easy carbonara using everyday fridge staples: pasta, ham, egg, and Parmesan. A classic Italian dish ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Egg
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes
Step 3
Beat the eggs with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper
Step 4
Sauté the ham in a pan for 1 minute
Step 5
Pour the hot pasta into the pan, remove from heat, and add the egg mixture
Step 6
Stir quickly until a creamy sauce forms
