Simplified Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 60 g Cheese
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small cubes and brown in a skillet with a bit of butter.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and grated cheese.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 5
Add the hot pasta to the ham in the skillet, then pour in the egg-cream mixture. Stir briskly, adding a splash of cooking water if needed to create the sauce.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
