Simplified Carbonara Pasta
Homemade carbonara with penne, ham, eggs, and Gruyère. A simplified yet delicious Italian dish, ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 120 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère flakes
- 2 piece Egg
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water and cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the Gruyère flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 3
In a pan, brown the diced ham with the butter.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the ham. Remove from heat and pour in the egg mixture while stirring quickly.
