Simplified Pasta Carbonara
A classic Italian dish revisited with everyday ingredients. Pasta, ham, egg and cheese for a creamy and flavorful sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 piece Egg
- 2 l Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the eggs with grated Parmesan and pepper.
Step 4
Sauté the ham in a pan with a little olive oil for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the drained pasta into the pan with the ham, remove from heat and add the egg-cheese mixture. Toss quickly.
