Simplified Carbonara Pasta
A simplified version of classic Italian carbonara with eggs, ham, and Parmesan for a rich and creamy dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti pasta
- 3 piece Eggs
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Parmesan
- 100 ml Sour cream
- à goût pinch Black pepper
- à goût pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the sour cream, grated Parmesan, and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 5
In the hot pot, add the ham, then the pasta and egg mixture, stirring quickly.
Step 6
Add a bit of cooking water if too dry and serve immediately.
