Simplified Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Ham
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 50 g Gruyère
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
- 10 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the ham into small pieces. Grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the ham to warm it slightly.
Step 4
Add the crème fraîche to the skillet with the grated Gruyère. Stir until you have a smooth sauce.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
