Simplified Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 piece Egg
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Fill the pot with water, salt it, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small cubes and grate the Parmesan.
Step 4
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Parmesan, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 6
Pour the hot pasta into the bowl with the egg and cheese mixture, add the ham, and toss quickly. Add a splash of cooking water if needed.
