Simplified Carbonara Pasta
A quick and comforting Italian classic with ham, Parmesan, and eggs. Ready in 20 minutes for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 piece Egg
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the pasta for 9-10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small dice.
Step 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Sauté the ham in a pan with olive oil for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the ham. Remove from heat and quickly pour in the egg mixture while stirring.
Step 6
Serve immediately with a crack of pepper.
