Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 100 g Ham or bacon
- 2 piece Eggs
- 50 g Grated cheese (parmesan)
- 1.5 L Water
- 10 g Salt
- 3 g Pepper
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta.
Step 2
Sauté the diced ham in a pan with oil until crispy.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with grated cheese and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the ham, remove from heat.
Step 5
Pour the egg and cheese mixture onto the hot pasta, stir quickly to create a creamy sauce.
