Easy Carbonara Pasta
A quick Italian classic with ham, eggs, and Gruyère cheese. Creamy and comforting in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère shavings
- 3 piece Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs with the Gruyère shavings and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 5
Pour the hot pasta into a serving dish, add the ham, then pour the egg and cheese mixture over it, tossing vigorously. Add a splash of cooking water if needed for a creamy consistency.
