Simplified Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Egg
- 60 g Parmesan
- à volonté Pepper
- à volonté Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water. Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small cubes. Beat the eggs with grated Parmesan and plenty of pepper.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water. Pour the hot pasta immediately into a bowl.
Step 4
Add the ham, then the egg-Parmesan mixture. Toss quickly, adding a splash of cooking water if needed.
