Creamy Carbonara Pasta with Smoked Ham
An adapted version of the classic Italian pasta with smoked ham and a creamy sauce. Rich, indulgent, and quick to prepare.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Smoked ham
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to instructions.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes or sticks.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the ham for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour the crème fraîche into the pan and heat gently without boiling.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix and add the Parmesan.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
