Modern Carbonara Pasta
A simplified version of carbonara with ham, parmesan, and a creamy sauce. Delicious and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 200 g Ham
- 120 g Parmesan
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small dice.
Step 3
In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the ham. Sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the sour cream into the pan and mix well.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and transfer to the pan. Toss with the grated parmesan.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
