Revisited Carbonara with Ham and Broccoli
A rich yet lighter take on classic Italian carbonara. Ham and broccoli pair beautifully with creamy pasta for a satisfying and delicious dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 200 g Broccoli
- 100 g Cheese
- 50 g Gruyère
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Dice the ham and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the ham and broccoli, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the crème fraîche and mix with grated Gruyère and cheese.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, mix well and season.
