Lighter Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 60 g Gruyère
- 2 piece Egg
- 50 ml Sour cream
- 50 ml Milk
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Reserve some cooking water.
Step 2
Dice the ham. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sour cream, milk, and grated cheese.
Step 3
In a saucepan, sauté the ham with butter over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and transfer to the saucepan. Pour the egg mixture and stir off the heat until creamy. Add a splash of cooking water if too dry.
Step 5
Season generously with pepper and serve immediately in shallow bowls.
