Creamy Carbonara with Dark Chocolate
A modern sweet-and-savory twist on Italian pasta: spaghetti with ham and Parmesan, enhanced with a hint of dark chocolate that adds a sophisticated and unexpected touch.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 120 g Ham
- 80 g Grated Parmesan
- 30 g Dark chocolate
- 2 piece Egg
- 2 cl Olive oil
- 1 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes and shave the chocolate into thin flakes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
In a pan, sauté the ham in oil for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the ham.
Step 6
Pour the egg and Parmesan mixture over the pasta and toss vigorously off the heat for 1 minute.
Step 7
Sprinkle the dark chocolate flakes over the pasta and serve immediately.
