Upgraded Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 200 g Ham
- 100 g Grated parmesan
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Dice the ham and sauté it in the skillet with olive oil for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream, eggs, and parmesan in a bowl.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and pour it into the skillet with the ham.
Step 5
Remove from heat, pour the egg-cream mixture and stir quickly to create a creamy sauce.
Step 6
Season and serve immediately.
