Cacio e Pepe Pasta
The classic Roman pasta dish with cheese and pepper. Simple, quick, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 80 g Gruyère
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- q.s. Salt
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 3
Grate the Gruyère finely.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving 200 ml of cooking water.
Step 5
Toss the hot pasta with the grated cheese and pepper, gradually adding the cooking water.
