Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 40 g Butter
- 15 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the sugar and stir continuously until golden.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and pour it into the skillet with the caramelized butter. Mix well to coat.
