Pasta with Butter and Ham-Leek Sauce
A simple and flavorful Italian classic. Leeks melted in butter pair perfectly with pasta and crispy ham.

Ingredients
- 350 g Pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 3 piece Leeks
- 200 g Ham
- 50 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a large pot with salt. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
Step 2
Clean the leeks and slice them into rings. Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a large skillet, add the leeks and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
Step 4
Add the ham to the leeks and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss well, season with salt and pepper.
