Pasta with Leeks, Ham, and Crème Fraîche

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 3 piece Leeks
- 200 g Ham
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 l Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Slice the leeks into thin rounds and dice the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the leeks for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the ham and crème fraîche, stir well, and heat for 2 minutes without boiling.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
