Pasta with Olives and Olive Oil
A classic Italian simplicity: pasta coated in olive oil and olives. A comforting dish ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 100 g Black olives
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, pit and chop the olives.
Step 3
Drain pasta and transfer to a serving dish.
Step 4
Add olive oil and olives, toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
