Penne with Olives and Cream
A simple and comforting Italian favorite. Creamy olive sauce penne, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 100 g Olives
- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped olives.
Step 3
Pour the sour cream into the pan and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Mix well and stir in the grated Gruyère.
