Pasta with Olives and Celery
A simple and flavorful Italian dish with spaghetti, olives, and celery. Perfect for a quick weekday meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 80 g Green olives
- 100 g Celery stalks
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely slice the celery stalks and pit the green olives if needed.
Step 3
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the celery for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the olives and toss for 1 minute, then add the drained pasta.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, toss well, and serve immediately.
