Pasta with Olives and Celery
A simple and Mediterranean pasta dish with olives and sautéed celery. Quick and comforting for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Olives
- 50 g Green olives
- 150 g Celery
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the celery and chop the olives into pieces.
Step 3
In a pan, sauté the celery in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the olives and stir for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the pan contents. Season and serve.
