Penne with Olives and Carrots
A simple and flavorful dish combining penne, tender carrots and olives. Ready in under 20 minutes for an effortless weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 1 piece Carrot
- 100 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot. Add the penne and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and slice the carrot into thin julienne.
Step 3
Sauté the carrots in a pan with olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the olives to the pan and mix. Drain the pasta and add it to the mixture.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
