Pasta with Eggs and Pepper Carbonara Style
A very simple take on carbonara: shell pasta with scrambled eggs, butter, and pepper. Quick and satisfying.

- 250 g Shell pasta
- 3 piece Eggs
- 40 g Butter
- 1.5 tsp Black pepper
- 5 g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the shell pasta.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in the eggs and scramble gently, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and mix with the scrambled eggs.
Step 6
Season generously with pepper and serve immediately.
