Pasta with Walnuts and Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 300 g Carrots
- 100 g Walnuts
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into sticks and roast them in the oven at 200°C with a little oil for 15 minutes
Step 2
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions
Step 3
Grind the walnuts in a food processor until you get a granular texture
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix it with the roasted carrots, ground walnuts, and olive oil
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot
