Pasta with Lentils, Tomato Sauce, and Sautéed Vegetables (Vegan Bolognese)

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 150 g Lentils
- 300 ml Tomato sauce
- 200 g Zucchini
- 150 g Cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the garlic and sauté the lentils and diced vegetables in a pan with oil and garlic.
Step 3
Pour the tomato sauce into the pan and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season and serve.
