Pasta with Vegetables and Tomato Sauce
Simple and delicious Italian pasta made with fresh vegetables from your kitchen and homemade tomato sauce. A classic that's always a hit.

Ingredients
- 350 g Pasta
- 400 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery
- 100 g Spinach
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot for the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel carrots and celery, cut into small dice.
Step 3
Mince garlic finely.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, carrots, and celery for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add spinach to sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain.
Step 8
Toss pasta with sauce, season to taste, and top with grated Parmesan.
