Pasta Gratin with Red Berries and Gruyère
A sweet and savory pasta bake with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, topped with grated Gruyère cheese. An original and delicious everyday dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 100 g Blueberries
- 80 g Strawberries
- 80 g Raspberries
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the package time, then drain.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan, add the chopped red berries and let cook gently.
Step 3
Mix the pasta with the berries, add the grated Gruyère, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C until golden.
