Pasta with Asparagus, Cherry Tomatoes and Parmesan
A delicious Italian recipe: pasta sautéed with asparagus and cherry tomatoes that have been sautéed in oil, finished with grated Parmesan. Flavorful and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 220 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 250 g Tomato
- 25 ml Olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 clove Garlic
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil with salt and cook the pasta.
Step 2
Clean and cut asparagus into 4 cm pieces.
Step 3
Cut tomatoes in half or leave whole if small.
Step 4
Sauté the crushed garlic in hot oil for 1 minute in a large pan.
Step 5
Add the asparagus and sauté for 6 minutes, then add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, toss for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Pour into serving bowls and generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
