Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A quick and flavorful Italian classic. Al dente pasta paired with sautéed asparagus and generously topped with grated Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 300 g asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces and sauté in a pan with olive oil for 6-7 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and toss with the asparagus in the pan.
Step 4
Add the grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
