Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple and elegant Italian classic. Al dente pasta tossed with tender asparagus and grated Parmesan for a delicious dish ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces and add to the boiling water.
Step 3
After 3 minutes, add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and asparagus, transfer to a dish. Add the butter and toss.
Step 5
Grate the Parmesan over the top, season and serve hot.
