Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple and delicious Italian classic. Al dente pasta mixed with sautéed asparagus, finished with grated Parmesan and a touch of butter.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot with salt.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 4
Meanwhile, sauté the asparagus in a pan with butter for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the asparagus.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve immediately.
