Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple and elegant Italian classic: pasta tossed with fresh asparagus, butter, and grated Parmesan. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces and add them to the boiling water 3 minutes before the pasta finishes cooking.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and asparagus, return them to the pot with the butter.
Step 4
Add the grated Parmesan, toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
