Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple and elegant Italian classic: pasta tossed with tender asparagus, butter, and grated Parmesan. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 40 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 4 cm pieces.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 4
Add the asparagus 3 minutes before the pasta is done cooking.
Step 5
Drain, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 6
Toss with butter, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Add a splash of cooking water if needed.
