Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple and elegant Italian classic. Al dente pasta tossed with tender asparagus, butter, and grated Parmesan for a light yet flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil in a pot and salt generously.
Step 2
Trim the asparagus into 5 cm pieces and add to the boiling water.
Step 3
After 3 minutes, add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
Step 4
Drain while reserving some pasta water. Transfer the pasta to a pan with the butter.
Step 5
Add the grated Parmesan, toss with the reserved pasta water to create a sauce. Season and serve.
